Our policy on IMPRESSION KITS lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return and a refund, your Kit must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
If our dental professionals determine that our processes are not a good fit for your case, you will receive a full refund for the amount you spent on our service. Once you’ve received and approved your preview and production on your SMILELOVETM CUSTOM CLEAR ALIGNERS has started refunds are only allowed for manufacturing defects, including ill-fittings. Manufactured aligners are not eligible for return or refund. If your case requires that we ship your aligners in phases, and you decide to cancel, you will be refunded a prorated amount for the unmanufactured aligners.
SMILELOVE’S foundational principle is the happiness of our customers. If you receive your preview and you are unsatisfied with the results we can give you, you will receive a full refund minus the Impression Kit/session or scanning fee.
